My Tai Chi and Kung Fu

Especially if you are
an actor or actress, our classes can be very beneficial for you. Each
class is like the "meal" we spoke of earlier. We do YOGA, then
KICKING and PUNCHING, then BREATHING EXERCISES, and of course TAI CHI
which develops breathing and SELF-DEFENSE SKILLS.
I especially enjoy teaching
exercises and the Tai Chi Form that students can take with them and practice
the rest of their lives wherever they are.
