Each of the webpages
of ACTzen.com has dozens of related Tai Chi book topics and Zen Buddhism
dharma that I'd love to add to these lessons.
This topic requires some
discussions of various religions and afterlife concepts and spirituality.
For brevity, just consider
the following scenario:
You were a spirit that
was given a life in your current body. When you die you'll be that spirit
again.
Hopefully, after living
a lifetime on earth, you will be a SMARTER SPIRIT when you die.
So who are your next
parents?
Should they be easy on
you so you can be lazy? Or should your parents be strict and demanding
of you to make you strong and achieve more?
During each stage of
your life you'd probably pick a different type of parents. For now, LOOK
AT YOUR PARENTS -- their good and bad points -- and then WRITE DOWN HOW
YOUR PARENTS AFFECTED who you are. Even some of their bad qualities can
bring out the good qualities in you. Give them as much credit as possible
for creating who you are.
