Enjoy the moment you live within and appreciate being alive.
Emotional baggage is
like walking around carrying your suitcases and furniture everywhere you
go.
When you leave your emotional
baggage behind and never return to it, it's like blowing your nose. Hopefully
you're not going to go digging through your trash can for it. Leave your
trash behind.
I've heard all the "remember
the past" and "don't forget your ancestors" and "know
where you came from" slogans. BURN THEM ALL.
Most all the world's
problems are from people living in the past or trying to make others pay
for things that happened in the past.
How much time do you
spend each day reflecting on all your good memories?
That would be better
than thinking of your bad memories -- but it is still WASTING YOUR TIME.
Think about today. Plan
for tomorrow. Enjoy what you have. Feel good. Be happy.
